WSU Academy of Medicine honors Richard E. White
for Excellence in Medical Education

DAYTON, OHIO -- The Wright State University Academy of Medicine presented Dr. Richard E. White with its Excellence in Medical Education and Research Award recently at the Academy's annual dinner. The award is presented annually to a Wright State School of Medicine faculty member for achievements in both teaching and research. Included in the honor is a $500 cash prize.White is a assistant professor of Physiology and Biophysics at Wright State.

The Academy of Medicine is a professional organization of the Wright State School of Medicine faculty. In addition to recognizing professional achievement in medical education and research, the Academy provides financial assistance to Wright State medical students.
