The new embroidered patch for student and resident lab coats has arrived.
The patch, embroidered with the new Boonshoft School of Medicine logo,
will be available exclusively from the WSU Lab Store catalogue (in the apparatus section). To order, you will need to know your Banner Fund, Organization, Activity and Program codes, plus the stock number of the patch (77490). The new patches will cost $1.28 each. The lab store will update its Web site to reflect the new, lower price in the next few days. An order form is available online.
- What's
New on the Boonshoft School of Medicine Web?
- The medical school web site receives about 40,000 "hits" from an average of 25,000 unique visitors each month, according to web analytics tracked by the Office of Marketing and Communications. The office has regularly surveyed web visitors to evaluate how effective the site is in communicating with our many publics. Review the fall 2007 web survey posted on this site to learn more. About half our visitors are prospective students or residents, and about a third have never visited the web site before. Contact Robin Suits in Marketing & Communications
for more information.
- The Comprehensive Neuroscience Center has
expanded its web site to feature information about research it
is conducting under the Program Project Grant (PPG) awarded by
the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS).
The $4.8 million grant is the first PPG Wright State University
has received.
- The Visitors web page has been expanded to include more links to information about the Greater Dayton area, including highlights of cultural and entertainment offerings, links to resources for people moving to this area and photos of area attractions. Suggestions for the page are welcome. Contact the Office of Marketing & Communication.
