Residency Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

  • Coordinates acceptance of candidates into medical residency programs, including processing applications, scheduling interviews, handling candidate evaluations, and reporting matching programs;
  • Coordinates provision of personnel/employment administration and associated services to residents, develops and maintains personnel records and files for house staff engaged in the program;
  • Under general supervision, coordinates administrative aspects of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program;
  • Oversees the scheduling of clinical rotations;
  • Maintains various call schedules; and
  • Provide administrative support to the program director and director of research.
