To be considered for admission to the M.P.H.
Program, you will need to submit an M.P.H. Supplementary Application and a personal statement of up to 500 words articulating your career goals as related to the completion of the M.P.H. You may submit your application on line by using the form below.
M.P.H. Program Additional Information — Personal Statement
To complete your M.P.H. Supplementary Application, please prepare a personal statement articulating your career goals as related to the completion of the M.P.H. (maximum of 500 words). Put your personal statement in a Microsoft Word document. You may include it with your other application materials or send it as an e-mail attachment to petra.weaver@wright.edu. Be sure to include your full name and an e-mail address where you can be contacted in the body of your e-mail message.
