Department of Population and Public Health Sciences (formerly known as the Department of Community Health)

Dr. Nahhas utilizes modern statistical methods to analyze data from a wide range of research areas, including public health, epidemiology, psychiatry, substance use, childhood growth and development, and obesity. Specific methodological areas in which Dr. Nahhas’ has experience include linear and generalized linear regression models, longitudinal data analysis including linear and non-linear mixed models, growth curve modeling, latent class analysis, and the analysis of missing data.
