Akira L. Barhams,
M.D.
Dr. Akira Barhams grew up in South Bend, Indiana, and attended
Indiana University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry
in 1999. Akira attended medical school at WSU Boonshoft School
of Medicine, graduating in 2007. She is married with three children. |

Suzanne L. Bell, M.D.
Dr. Suzanne Bell grew up in Louisiana, close to New Orleans.
She graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a bachelor’s
degree in molecular and cellular biology. She graduated from
Louisiana State University Medical School in 2007. Suzanne is
married and enjoys swing dancing and cooking. |

Autumn Conde,
D.O.
Dr. Autumn Conde received her bachelor’s degree from WSU,
where she studied biochemistry and molecular biology. From there,
she went to Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine for
medical school and graduated in 2007. Outside of medicine, Autumn
enjoys marine medicine, rock climbing, backpacking, snow skiing,
snowboarding and anything else she can do outside. Her future
plans include mission work, hopefully in Nepal. |

Asma B. Dajani, M.D.
Dr. Asma Dajani is from Amman, Jordan, where she attended medical
school at Jordan University of Science and Technology, graduating
in 2003. She is married and has one daughter. Her medical interests
are in women's health and pediatrics. She would like to work
in a rural area, taking care of families. She enjoys traveling
and visiting new places. |

Liubov Endrikhovskaya,
M.D.
Dr. Liubov Endrikhovskaya grew up in Kostroma, Russia, and graduated
from Moscow State Medical University in 1996. Her medical interests
include obstetrics and outpatient care. Her personal interests
include literature, poetry, traveling and drawing. |

Jennifer Grana, D.O.
Dr. Jennifer Grana grew up in Lancaster, Penn. She earned a
B.S. in Biology at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and
a D.O. at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She moved
to Dayton with her husband, who is an internal medicine resident
with the Air Force. Her medical interests include preventive
medicine and women's health. In her spare time, she enjoys spending
time with her husband and two dogs, working out and gardening. |

Christopher Kleather, M.D.
Dr. Chris Kleather grew up in Dayton, Ohio. He attended
Wright Sate University where he graduated in 2002 with a BA in Psychology.
He received his medical degree in 2006 from St. Matthew’s
University School of Medicine. Chris is married with three
children with whom he enjoys spending all of his spare time. His
primary medical interest is Outpatient Family Medicine.

Middleton, M.D.
Dr. Molly Middleton was born and raised in the Dayton area.
She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, hiking,
running and traveling. Her medical interests include women's
health, international health care and public health. She earned
a B.S. in Biology at the University of Dayton and her medical
degree at the University of Cincinnati. |

Benjamin J. Missick, M.D.
Dr. Benjamin (B.J.) Missick grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
He moved to Dayton, where he completed his undergraduate and
medical degrees at WSU. His medical interests include sports
medicine, women’s health and dermatology. In his spare
time, he enjoys baseball and hockey, and has a passion for servant
leadership and mentoring in the community. |

Marissa Ramirez,
D.O.
Dr. Marissa Ramirez grew up in Orlando, Florida. She earned
a B.S. in Cell Science and Microbiology at the University of
Florida and graduated from Ohio University School of Osteopathic
Medicine in 2007. She enjoys hitting the batting cages, reading,
writing, visiting local coffee shops and watching University
of Florida sports. She plans to practice part time in an acute
care setting while maintaining a practice at a family practice
office. She has traveled to Kenya and hopes to return to Africa
during her residency to gain further experience in international
medicine. |

Beth Shutte, M.D.
Dr. Beth Shutte grew up in Dayton and enjoys having her family
and friends around her. She earned a B.S. in Molecular & Cellular
Biology at University of Michigan and graduated from WSU Boonshoft
School of Medicine in 2007. She is interested in joining a practice
in the area and enjoys preventive medicine and geriatrics the
most. She enjoys playing and watching sports, going to movies,
and listening to music in her free time. She is an avid Michigan
fan. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and their
golden retriever, Bailey. |

Laurie Theriot,
M.D.
Dr. Laurie Theriot was born and raised in south Louisiana. She
earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology at Louisiana College and
her M.D. at Louisiana State University. In an attempt to escape
hurricanes, she decided to relocate to Ohio for her residency
training. The fact that her husband is stationed at Wright-Patterson
Air Force Base helped influence that decision a little. They
have two “children,” Doodle and Moe, a Yorkie and
bulldog, respectively. She spends what little free time she has
with them, cooking and playing trivia. GEAUX Tigers! |

Chauncy L. Eakins,
M.D.
Dr. Chauncy Eakins grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended Central
State University and graduated with a degree in biology in 2001.
Chauncy received the Eliza Ann Grier Scholarship to attend Ross
University School of Medicine, graduating in 2008. From his experience
attending medical school in Dominica, West Indies, and obtaining
clinical experience in large urban areas in the United States,
he enjoys a mixture of urban and rural medicine. Interests include
sports medicine, coaching youth basketball, biking, swimming, and
travel. |

John Howard, M.D.
Born in South Bend, Ind., Dr. John Howard received a B.A. in Economics
with a chemistry minor from Hanover College in Madison, Ind. After
spending some time in Bozeman, Mont., he decided to pursue a career
in medicine and earned his M.D. at St. Matthew’s University
School of Medicine. He and his wife enjoy spending time outside
hiking with their dog Ana (IndiANA), biking, camping and fishing.
They both look forward to spending time with some Buckeyes, despite
their loyalty to the Hoosiers. |

LaQuisha S. Mark, M.D.
Dr. LaQuisha Mark grew up in Los Angeles, where she attended Concordia
University in Irvine, graduating in 1991 with a B.A. in Biology.
She attended medical school at Ross University, graduating in 2006.
LaQuisha’s medical interests include becoming certified in
obstetrics and continuity of care. In her personal time, she enjoys
reading a good novel and spending time with family. |

M.D.
Dr. Sujatha Nilavar grew up in Urbana, Ohio. She attended Denison
University for her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then earned
her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. She enjoys
cooking, reading, traveling, rollerblading, biking and trekking. |

Allan R. Rivera, M.D.
Dr. Allan Rivera grew up in Laguna, Philippines. He received his
B.S. in Biology in 1997 from the University of Santo Tomas. He
also attended medical school at the University of Santo Tomas graduating
in 2001. Allan is married and would like to start a family in the
near future. Dr. Rivera’s medical interests include urgent
care and outpatient pediatrics. In his spare time, he enjoys bowling,
watching movies with his wife and traveling to different countries. |

Sadegh Saki, M.D.
Dr. Sadegh Saki grew up in Iran. He attended Bakersfield College
and California State University of Bakersfield for his undergraduate
studies and received his medical degree from Ross University in 2005.
His medical interests are community and sports medicine. Dr. Saki
is married with three children. He likes sports (soccer, basketball
and running), camping, hiking, traveling and spending time with his
family.

Joya K. Sykes,
D.O.
Dr. Joya Sykes grew up in Jefferson Township, a suburb of Dayton,
Ohio. She received her B.S. in Biology in 2000 from WSU and graduated
from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. Joya
is engaged and has one son. She enjoys traveling, cooking and dancing.
Her medical interests include adolescent and behavioral medicine. |

Vimal Taneja,
M.D.
Dr. Vimal Taneja was born in North India and did her high school
at Himachal Pradesh University. Vimal attended medical school at
Karnataka University, graduating in 1997. She is married and relocated
to Ohio from Texas. She loves to travel and go to different places.
Her medical interests are women's health and endocrinology. |

Amanda Young,
M.D.
Dr. Amanda Young grew up in Uniontown, Ohio, and remains very
close to her younger brothers and family. She earned a B.S. in
Biomedical Humanities, at Hiram College in 2004, and her M.D. at
WSU Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2008. She is interested in
sports medicine, hospice and mission work in Central America. When
she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing
and watching sports, cooking, shopping and spending time with her
West Highland Terrier, Duncan. In the future, she hopes to open
a private practice in Northeast Ohio and spend time each year working
in Guatemala. |

G. Bekal, M.B.B.S.
Dr. Ashwini Bekal is from India where she attended medical school
at Kasturba Medical College graduating in 2007. She is married. Her
medical interests are women’s health, preventive care and patient
education. She enjoys listening to music, cooking, hiking and
traveling. |

William Belcher, M.D.
Dr. William Belcher grew up in Bluefield, West Virginia where he
attended Bluefield College. He graduated in 2002 with a BS
in Biology. Dr. Belcher graduated in 2009 with a medical degree
from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. His
medical interests include healthcare policy and utilization. He
is also interested in education, teaching, and the pathophysiology
of disease. Dr. Belcher is married with two sons. |

Meghan Brewster, M.D.
Dr. Meghan Brewster grew up in Beavercreek, Ohio. She attended
the University of Dayton graduating from their Pre-Medicine program
in 2005. She received her medical degree from Wright State
University Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2009. Dr. Brewster
is married and enjoys music, eating out and baseball |

Yevgeny Bulbin, M.D.
Dr. Yevgeny Bulbin calls many places home, including Ukraine,
Russia, Brooklyn, New York and Chicago, Illinois. He received
a degree in Finance in 1997 from DePaul University. He attended
medical school at Saba University and graduated in 2009. General
medicine is an interest of his and he enjoys tennis, music and
the arts, and traveling. |

Jared Criddle, M.D.
Dr. Jared Criddle grew up in Littleton, Colorado and received
a BS in Biology and BA in German Language and Literature from the
University of Utah in 2005. He attended the University of
Miami Miller School of Medicine where he received his medical degree
in 2009. Dr. Criddle is married with one daughter. He
enjoys surfing, baseball, reading and cooking. |

Andrew Diller, M.D.
Dr. Andy Diller grew up in the Dayton area where he graduated
from Tecumseh High School. He attended Wright State
University for his undergraduate degree and then went on to receive
his medical degree from WSU Boonshoft School of Medicine in 2009.
Dr. Diller’s medical interests include whole family care
and geriatrics. He enjoys traveling and sports, especially
the Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State sports teams. Dr. Diller
is married and has a Golden Retriever/Lab mix dog named Gracie. |

Junyang Gong, M.D.
Dr. Junyang Gong grew up in China, P.R. where he attended Nanjing
University obtaining his BS in 1995. He received his medical
degree from Shanghai Second Medical University in 2000. Dr.
Gong is married with one son. He enjoys table tennis, tennis,
fishing and music. |

Bharat Raju, M.D.
Dr. Bharat Raju grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He attended
Illinois Wesleyan University where he received a BA in Business
Administration in 2002. Dr. Raju attended Ross University
School of Medicine graduating in 2009. His medical interests
include sports medicine and hematology. Dr. Raju enjoys most
sports and traveling. Being from Chicago he is a die hard
Cubs and Bears fan. |

Lauren Roth, M.D.
Dr. Lauren Roth has lived in cities all over Ohio, including Toledo,
Cleveland and Dayton as well as Northern Kentucky. Twenty-six
houses in all before the age of 18. She attended Berea College
where she received a BA in Psychology in 2001. Dr. Roth received
her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine
in 2009. Her medical interests lie in women’s healthcare,
the underserved, pediatrics and mental health. She has two
cats named Parsley and Basil. Dr. Roth enjoys static trapeze,
flying trapeze, English horseback riding, rollerblading, antique
shopping and reading. |

Dr. Jon Silk grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He received a BA
in Biology from Case Western Reserve University in 2000. Dr.
Silk received his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft
School of Medicine in 2007. His interests are movies (American
Film Institute) and working out. |
