The following information pertains to residents enrolled in the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine (WSUBSOM) and Affiliated Hospitals Graduate Medical Education Program who are under contract with and receive their basic salary from Children's Medical Center.

Disciplinary Actions
With respect to disciplinary procedures, the provisions of Article VIII, Hearing and Appellate Review Procedure of the JCAHO Guidelines for the Formulation of Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations shall be applicable to the resident staff in the same manner as they are to all other members of the medical staff.

Due Process
The Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine due process policy applies to pediatric residents for non-advancement, suspension and/or termination.
