Second Annual Symposium on Advancing the Standards in Wound Care

Based on their 2011 successful Symposium, the American College of Clinical Wound Specialists (ACCWS) and Kindred Hospital Dayton will again jointly sponsor "Advancing the Standards in Wound Care." On September 15, the ACCWS will also sponsor a special post Symposium program entitled "Back to Basics in Wound Care."

At the conclusion of the Symposium program, the wound care specialists will be able to:

  • conduct all wound care management that will help contribute to quality patient care.
  • demonstrate evidence based wound care management.

A call for abstracts is issued for poster presentations for the Second Annual Symposium on Advancing the Standards in Wound Care. Poster presentations convey innovative, clinically relevant information that enhances the professional skills of wound care professionals. The poster displays will provide authors a forum to showcase their work and provide those interested with the opportunity to review the information and talk with presenters.
