• Administratively responsible for budget/fiscal operations and business functions of the department under direction of Dr. Hamilton
  
• Acts as manager of departmental computer systems

Resident and Recruitment Coordinator

• Takes responsibility for resident recruitment and resident operations per the Program Director
• Provides clerical support for the Program Director
• Assists the Program Director with resident recruitment and resident operations
• Provides administrative support for Program Director

Cassie Browning
Administrative Coordinator, Assistant Recruitment Coordinator

• Provides support for Dr. Brian Springer and the Sports Medicine Fellowship
• Maintains database (current & alumni)
• Provides assistance with resident recruitment
• Provides assistance with department communications for residents, faculty, clinical faculty, alumni, and the community
• Provides assistance with planning resident/department functions and social events

Lynn DeWine
Medical Student/Simulation Coordinator

• Coordinates Fourth Year Medical Student Elective
• Coordinate medical student emergency medicine clerkship and selectives
  
• Provides administrative support for the patient simulation center
• Facilitates resident and rotation evaluations, procedure logs
• Provides administrative support for the Scholarly Works Director

Nancy Andrews
Research Coordinator

• Takes responsibility for typing of research grant proposals and provides clerical support to Drs. Janz and Olson
• Takes responsibility for Visiting Professor/Specialist and Oral Board Simulation
• Monitors grant budgets and purchase orders
• Coordinates didactic curriculum
• Compiles Journal Club packet (under direction of Dr. Olson
