Information You Need to Know
- The Weekend Intervention Program
is held on the campus of Wright State University (WSU) in the School
of Medicine Building. (Click
here for directions and a map outlining routes to the Wright State
University campus.) Due to limited parking availability on campus, we
encourage participants to arrange alternative methods of transportation.
If you must drive yourself to campus, permits are required in all parking
lots. Any fines incurred due to failure to display a proper permit will
be your responsibility. Permits for visitors staying overnight may be
purchased in advance through the office of the Weekend Intervention
Program. The cost is $2.00.
- Return all necessary paperwork to the Weekend
Intervention Program along with the appropriate fees. You are not considered
confirmed until fees and paperwork are received by the Weekend Intervention
Program office, at least two weeks prior to your scheduled program. If you
are a recipient of TANF, Medicaid, SSI, or Social Security Disability, or if
you have been determined to be indigent by the court, you may be able to receive
some assistance with program fees. Call our office at 937-775-3050 for further
information.
- You will report to Room 212 on the second
floor of the School of Medicine Medical Sciences Building (labeled
MS on this campus map). The registration period for all sessions begins

will not be admitted. The program will end on Sunday afternoon by 3:30 p.m.
- Participants are required to present themselves
to the program sober.
- If you are under a physician's care
and/or taking any medication(s), this must be reported on the registration
forms submitted prior to the program. You must bring prescribed medications

needed to get through the weekend.
- Participants are required to show picture
identification, or in the absence of picture identification, two alternate
forms of identification (i.e., social security card, birth certificate, passport,
etc.)
- Firearms are prohibited on the campus of
Wright State University at all times.

necessary for your stay. Dress style will always be informal.
