Body Mass Index is a measurement of body fat content. You can find your BMI by dividing your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared. Then multiply this by 703. The resulting answer will be your BMI. The following is a chart to show you where you will be in terms of your BMI.

19 - 25 Desirable
26 - 30 Overweight
30 - 40 Obese

What do the results mean?
