Community Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) 2003 -CCPH honored the Center for Healthy Communities in 2003 as the recipient of the second annual CCPH Award. The award recognizes exemplary partnerships between communities and health professional schools that build on each other's strengths to improve health professions education, civic responsibility and the overall health of their communities. In addition, the award recognizes community-campus partnerships that reflect CCPH's principles of good practice.
