OMV-SfN Fall 2005 Meeting
at Miami University

The OMV-SfN annual business meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 4, at Miami University in Oxford. The meeting begins at 2:00 p.m. in Room 218 Pearson Hall on the Miami campus. The meeting is free of charge.

Chapter business includes election of officers and planning for the 2006 Neuroscience Day. Scientific presentations include:

Lori Isaacson (MU)
Neurotrophin regulation of peripheral neurons

Timothy Cope (WSU)
The Limits of Regeneration

Kim Seroogy (UC)
Neuregulins: Novel Trophic Factors for Dopaminergic Neurons

Travel Directions to Miami University

Meeting site: Room 218 Pearson Hall, 700 High Street, Miami University, Oxford, OH.

From Cincinnati:

- Take I-275 west to SR 27.
- Take SR 27 north to Oxford. SR 27 is called Patterson on the Miami University campus.
- Stay on Patterson through the first three traffic lights, then turn right into the Cook Field parking lot (#25 on campus map).
From Dayton: - Take I-75 south to SR 73.
- Take SR 73 west to Oxford and the Miami University campus.
- Turn right at the traffic light at the T-intersection.
- Turn right again into the Cook Field parking lot (#25 on campus map).

Parking: Park in Cook Field lot (#25 on the campus map) or in the lot behind Pearson Hall (#93 on the campus map). There is construction around Pearson Hall, but if you continue down Paterson, you will see the lot behind the building on the left.
