In 2007, Boonshoft School of Medicine significantly expanded the scope and mission of its Center for Brain Research by establishing a Comprehensive Neuroscience Center (CNC) for improving research of neurological, developmental, cognitive, psychiatric, and trauma-induced nervous system disorders.

The newly established center will integrate teams of scientists and clinicians across numerous disciplines to collaboratively address fundamental issues in both basic science and clinical neuroscience research. For more information about the new Center, contact Timothy C. Cope, Ph.D., CNC director and chair of the Department of Neuroscience, Cell Biology and Physiology.

This Web site continues to host the Web site of the Ohio Miami Valley Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience.
