Reference Sources for Residents

The Residency Review Committee (RRC) is an oversight body responsible for accreditation matters of all residency programs. Our Preventive Medicine RRC requires that incoming residents be made aware of a number of items. To facilitate this requirement, we have prepared this web page.


Attention Applicants — Documents Required After Application:

If you are seeking a residency:
  1. A copy of your current CV.
  2. A copy of your passport-sized photograph.
  3. A copy of your medical school degree.
  4. A copy of your USMLE (all steps).
  5. A copy of your ECFMG certificate (if applicable).
  6. Copies of all current medical licenses (if applicable).
  7. Copies of your residency certificate(s) (if applicable).
  8. If you have completed only the PGY-1 year of residency, ask your
    program director to complete the Summative Evaluation of Competencies
    form and mail it to the address below.
  9. Copies of Board certificate(s) (if applicable).
  10. Copies of other graduate-level degree(s)/aerospace medicine course certificates (if applicable).
  11. Three current reference letters.
If you are seeking a master of science degree only:

Note:  If you are a U.S. military physician who has been selected into a U.S. military aerospace medicine residency program, only items 1 and 2 are required.

  1. A copy of your current CV.
  2. A copy of your passport-sized photograph.
  3. A copy of your medical school degree.
  4. Copies of residency training certificate(s) (if applicable).
  5. Copies of board certificate(s) (if applicable).
  6. Copies of other graduate-level degree(s) and/or aviation/aerospace medicine courses (if applicable).
  7. Three current reference letters.
