Required Documents for Master’s Degree Applicants

  • Copy of current curriculum vitae (CV)
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Copy of medical training degree
  • Copies of all current medical licenses (if applicable)
  • Copy of residency training certificate(s) (if applicable)
  • Copy of board certificate(s) (if applicable)
  • Copy of other graduate level degrees and/or aviation/aerospace medicine courses (if applicable)
  • Three (3) professional references (reference letters/letters of recommendation should be on office letterhead and sent via USPS/FedEx/UPS, etc., carrier. Emailed reference letters/letters of recommendation will not be accepted.)

International Physicians Only

Demonstrated proficiency in English is required. If the applicant's native language is not English, a minimum score of 213 (CBT) or 79/120 (IBT) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required or a band 6 through the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).  Permanent residents and students who have earned a degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university are exempted from the TOEFL requirement. For the latest information, international physicians are advised to refer to the general requirements of Wright State’s University Center for International Education (UCIE).
