Helpful hints for locating Madison Lakes Park Lodge from US-35 West:
US-35 West heading out of Dayton curves up to go north.
At W. Third St., US-35 turns left onto Third St. Olive Rd is the first light, turn right.
If you go straight across Third St., US-35 becomes OH-49.
You cannot get to Madison Lakes Park Lodge directly off OH-49.

Payment Information:

There is a $10 fee per person for those receiving Continuing Education Credit. 
This should be paid in advance when you reserve your slot either by credit/debit card, Purchase Order, or by mailing a check made out to Wright State University to:

There is no charge for those only requesting a certificate of attendance. If payment is not received by the RSVP date the certificate will not be available at the seminar. It will be mailed after the seminar and when payment is received (this includes payments made by Purchase Order). If unable to attend payment will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future seminar.
