Sign Up For Reachout Today: The
highly anticipated online Reach Out Calendars are up and running! Below
are the exact steps you need to follow to sign up at the clinics. Should
you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact Luke
or Laura.
1. Go to http://calendar.google.com
2. Enter the Username and Password (if you forget what is is click here
[use the 2009 website password to access])
3. When you log in you will see a calendar
4. On the left panel, check the box of the calendar you want to view
(the Pediatric Clinic, or the Adult Clinic)
5. Pick the month you want to view on the left as well, scroll as needed
to view different months
6. For the Pediatric Clinic, 2 volunteers are needed each Monday; For
the Adult Clinic, 2 or 3 are needed each Monday and Wednesday
7. Pick a date that has an availability (this will be indicated by “No
Subject” written next to one of the volunteer slots instead of
a name)
8. Click on the numbered slot and hit “edit event details”
10.Next to the “What” category, type your name and email
address
9. Click Save
10.Click “ONLY THIS INSTANCE” (very important step as to
not sign yourself up for reachout every week for the rest of the year)
YOU’RE DONE!
You can now use this to sign up for Reach Out. Should you not be able
to make it to the clinic, please contact the clinic coordinator ASAP
so they can try to get a replacement, you must give at least 24hrs notice
unless it's an emergency of course. Each clinic coordinator’s
email is listed under the clinic calendar they are in charge of.
